    • ⅜ kg spinach

    Cooked spinach with out water. About 15 minutes

  • Step 2/6

    • 1⅝ tbsp vegetable oil
    • ⅜ onion
    • ⅜ tsp salt
    • ⅜ tsp black peppercorn
    • ⅜ tsp cayenne pepper
    • ⅜ tsp garlic powder
    • ÂŒ tsp ground ginger
    • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
    • ⅝ tsp ground turmeric

    Cut onion to small pieces. Sabte in oil. Add all seasonings

  • Step 3/6

    • 180 g lamb legs

    Cut the lamb to cubes add to onion until change the color

  • Step 4/6

    • ⅜ l beef stock

    Add stock and cooked for 45 minutes

  • Step 5/6

    • 60 g plums
    • 1⅝ tbsp lemon juice

    Add plums and lemon juice and cooked for 20 minutes to reduce water.

  • Step 6/6

    Served with cooked rices
