Ingredients

1 kg strong white bread flour
1 tbsp sea salt
dried yeast sachet 7g
1 tbsp caster sugar
650 ml lukewarm water

    • dried yeast sachet 7g
    • 1 tbsp caster sugar
    • 650 ml lukewarm water

    Mix yeast and sugar into water

  • Step 2/6

    • 1 kg strong white bread flour
    • 1 tbsp sea salt

    Create a well with flour and salt mix

  • Step 3/6

    Gradually add the water to well, stir in flour from the outside

  • Step 4/6

    Knead well

  • Step 5/6

    Grease a bowl and add the dough, covering with cling film

  • Step 6/6

    Set aside somewhere warm for 45 mins
