large tomatoes (approximately 5 lbs)

pineapple, diced

medium green pepper, diced

jalapeño, diced

red onion, minced
8 tbsp
cilantro, finely chopped

  • Step 1/3

    • 10 large tomatoes (approximately 5 lbs)

    Peel the skin off of the tomatoes using a knife and dice.

  • Step 2/3

    • 2 cup pineapple, diced
    • 2 medium green pepper, diced
    • 2 jalapeño, diced
    • 1 cup red onion, minced
    • 8 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
    • 4 tsp ground cumin

    Place tomatoes, pineapple, green pepper, jalapeño, red onion, cumin, and cilantro in a large bowl and mix together.

    Refrigerate overnight and enjoy after!
