large tomatoes (approximately 5 lbs)
2 cup
pineapple, diced
2
medium green pepper, diced
2
jalapeño, diced
1 cup
red onion, minced
8 tbsp
cilantro, finely chopped
4 tsp
ground cumin
Step 1/ 3
- 10 large tomatoes (approximately 5 lbs)
Peel the skin off of the tomatoes using a knife and dice.
Step 2/ 3
- 2 cup pineapple, diced
- 2 medium green pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeño, diced
- 1 cup red onion, minced
- 8 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 tsp ground cumin
Place tomatoes, pineapple, green pepper, jalapeño, red onion, cumin, and cilantro in a large bowl and mix together.

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy after!
