450 g gluten-free flour
150 ml Chefir
90 ml water
60 g Melted butter
egg
20 g brown sugar
1 pinch salt
1 bag active dry yeast
1 strip lemon zest

    • 150 ml Chefir
    • 90 ml active dry yeast
    • 60 g Melted butter
    • egg
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 1 bag active dry yeast
    • 1 strip lemon zest
    • 20 g brown sugar
    • bowl
    • spatula

    Mix all the ingredients, leave it to double for 1 hour, and then make small rolls, that you spread on the table with a little flour. Put them in a pan and let them become brown.
