oyster sauce

  • Step 1/6

    • 1 Pineapple
    • Knife

    Cut pineapple in half then cut a rectangular shape on each half of the pineapple to fill the hole with rice later. Try to cut out small pieces to put into the rice dish.

  • Step 2/6

    • 2 cups Rice

    Prepare rice by washing three times in water then drain. Use 2 cups rice for 3 cups water then use rice cooker or boil on stovetop.

    • 1 stalk Broccoli
    • ½ onion
    • 1 cup mushrooms
    • 1 bell pepper
    • 1 carrot
    • ½ ginger
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 dash salt
    • 1 dash Pepper
    • Long chopsticks or wooden spoon

    Chop all vegetables then sauté in pain with olive oil. Cook until tender. Add your salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 4/6

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • tbsp oyster sauce

    Combine rice into cooked vegetables and mix all ingredients adding soy & oyster sauce.

  • Step 5/6

    • 2 Egg

    Create space in the middle of your pan pushing back mixed rice to the sides. Add a little oil and crack 2 eggs in the center then scramble. Mix well into fried rice.

  • Step 6/6

    Fill your half cut pineapple with rice and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley. Ready to serve and eat.
