- 1 tbsp Kitchen Stories Veggie Wunder seasoning
- alternative to Veggie Wunder: paprika powder, garlic, onion, chilli, coriander and cumin
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 250 g salmon fillets (skin-on)
- Veggie Wunder seasoning
- bowl (large)
- paper towels
In a large bowl, mix our VEGGIE WUNDER seasoning with salt and sugar. Carefully pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels.
Step 2/ 3
Place salmon fillets in the bowl and rub evenly with the seasoning mix. Let them rest covered at room temperature for approx. 30 min. (Fish can also be kept covered in the refrigerator overnight, but must then be taken out approx. 30 min. before grilling.)
Step 3/ 3
- ½ tbsp sunflower oil
Heat grill pan or grill, add oil and heat over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side on the grill and grill for approx. 4–5 min. depending on the thickness. Then carefully turn and grill the other side for approx. 4 min. and serve.
