Smooth peanut butter

maple syrup

Step 1/ 6
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan and line a large baking tray
Step 2/ 6
- 33⅓ g Plain flour
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda

- 14⅛ g Light soft brown sugar
- 18⅓ g butter
- 16⅔ g Smooth peanut butter
- 19⅛ g maple syrup
Beat butter and sugar together and mix in peanut butter and maple syrup

Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix
Step 5/ 6
- 11⅔ g Dark chocolate chips
Stir in the chocolate chips

Roll into balls and bake for 15 mins
