Sift confectioners sugar

- 4 egg whites
- 250 g confectioner’s sugar
Beat egg whites with the sifted confectioners sugar for about 10 minutes.

- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp starch
Add the other ingredients

Put about half of the Pavlova snow on a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the other half on another baking sheet

Set the oven to 150 degrees fan setting and bake the Pavlova layers for about 40 minutes. Then take out and let it cool down

- 250 g heavy cream
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- lemon zest
Whip the cream until stiff and mix in the vanilla and mascarpone cheese. Optionally, you can add lemon zest for a fruity fresh aroma
Step 7/7
Fill the first Pavlova layer with the cream-mascarpone mixture. Then pour the second over it, spread the cream mascarpone on top and decorate it with fresh berries and mint leaves. Optionally you can springle confectioners sugar on over it if you want it to be sweeter
