Mix 300gr flour, 3 eggs + 2 egg yolks, 1tsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough is smooth and roll into a ball. Rest for 1 hour.
Mix 50gr Basil, 50 gr of parmigiana, 50 gr of pine nuts, 1 clove of garlic, 5 tbsp of olive oil. Add pepper and salt to taste.
After resting dough for 1 hour, roll completely flat with dough roller or pasta maker and cut into tiny pieces. Fold the middle of the pieces together into Farfalle shapes.
Boil the pasta for 1 minute in cooking water with a pinch of salt. And a tbsp of olive oil.
Once cooked, heat pesto in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix the cooked pasta through it until blend well. And enjoy!!!!
