Passion Fruit Mousse

Add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and the pulp of three passion fruits into a blender. Blend on high speed approx. 3 min. until the mixture becomes creamy and slightly thickened.
Step 2/3
- 125 g heavy cream
- 125 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ passion fruits
- 4 glasses
Pour the mousse evenly into serving glasses. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for approx. 1–2 hrs. to allow the cream to set and develop its full flavor.
Step 3/3
- ½ passion fruit
- Spoon
Before serving, halve the remaining passion fruit and spoon the fresh pulp over the chilled mousse as a topping. Serve immediately.
