Step 1/ 7
- 45 ml milk
- 12½ ml sunflower oil
- milk pot
- cooking spoon
Start putting milk and sunflower oil together on fire. Mix with a spoon cause the milk can boil out of pan quickly. Let it rest.
Step 2/ 7
- 75 g aged semi-hard cheese
- grater
Grate all cheese without rush and leave it.
Step 3/ 7
- 2½ g salt
- 50 g sour starch
- 32½ g manioc starch
- ¼ egg
- cooking spoon
Use a spoon the mix all starchs gently with the oil-milk. When it looks like a wet flour, add the egg (preferably a brown egg, not the white one).
Step 4/ 7
Keep pressing and gradually add the cheese.
Step 5/ 7
- plastic wrap
When it becomes a homogeneous mass, let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator using a plastic wrap.
Step 6/ 7
After 30min on fridge make your breads! That's is a little one, but I prefer make bigger, approximately 100gr each one.
Step 7/ 7
Put inside a preheated oven and be happy. I recommend a oven temperature about 200ºc.
Enjoy your meal!
