Step 1/ 4
- 100 g rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 150 ml Any milk of choice
- bowl

Stir the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, eggs and milk together in a bowl with a hand mixer or a fork
Step 2/ 4
- 1 apple
- grater
Grate the apple and add it to the blend
Step 3/ 4
- frying pan
- cooking spoon
Set a frying pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into the frying pan. Once browned, flip over the other side until cooked through. This take about 2 - 3 minutes each side.
Step 4/ 4
- maple syrup (for serving)
- non-fat Greek yogurt (for serving)
- fruit (for serving)
Serve the pancake with greek yogurt, maple syrup and additional fruit. Bonne appetite !!!
