Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.
Melt the butter in the microwave and let it cool for a few minutes. Scramble the egg into another bowl and mix it with the milk and with the liquid butter.
Mix the flour blend with the milk blend and stir gently until uniform and homogeneous texture.
Place a teaspoon of butter into a small frying pan at mid power and wait for it to melt and spread. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the frying pan and flip it once bubbles arise all around the surface.
Serve the pancakes with mapple syrup and blueberries.
