Step 1/4
- 33⅓ g flour

Put the flour into the bowl and make a well.
Step 2/4
- ⅓ eggs
- Electric whisk
Crack the two eggs into the bowl.
Step 3/4
- 41⅔ ml milk
- Electric whisk and whisk
Then whisk this hand held, whisk in the milk slowly into the mixture with the electric whisk.
Step 4/4
- 8⅓ g butter
- ⅛ pinch salt
- Frying pan
Add a pinch of salt. Then melt the butter in the frying pan and then pour it into a small bowl and add the frying pan if needed when cooking the pancakes.
