Pan seared scallops
- 10 g scallions
- 10 g garlic
Chop scallions and garlic into small pieces, heat the pan and let them slow fry for 2 minutes.
Add scallops and cook each side for 3 minutes to golden colour
Add the soy sauce to the pan, for another 4 minutes for flavours (no need to add salt), and let it rest for 2 minutes and plating.
