Ingredients

- 7 Red Chili
- œ Onion
- 6 cloves garlic
Heat wok at medium heat before adding oil. Fried garlic, chilli and onion when oil is heated.

- 250 g Minced pork
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- œ tbsp sugar
Then, add minced pork. Once meat is slightly browned, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar.

- 30 g basil
Add basil. Cook and stir until basil is wilted, about 20 seconds.
Step 4/5
- 1 egg
Finally, heat wok at medium heat. Fried egg.
Step 5/5
Service with rice.
