½ cup cream
1 tsp Hemp hearts
1 tsp chia seed
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
½ cup Blueberries
¼ tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar

    Add all dry ingredients into a sealable jar, and mix to combine. Make sure that the chia seeds don’t all go to the bottom.
