"This was a recipe I use when I have to work 12 hour shifts the next day. I pop several of these into the fridge and then I’m set for the next several days! You don’t have to use blueberries, they just happen to be my favorite, and it also works well with peaches! My boyfriend likes to say it’s almost like having cobbler for breakfast! I hope you enjoy!"

Ingredients

1 cup
rolled oat
1 cup
cream
2 tsp
Hemp hearts
2 tsp
chia seed
2 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
honey
1 cup
Blueberries
½ tsp
Cinnamon
2 tbsp
brown sugar

  • Step 1/4

    Add all dry ingredients into a sealable jar, and mix to combine. Make sure that the chia seeds don’t all go to the bottom.

    • 2 tsp chia seed
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

    Now add the wet ingredients, but not the berries. Mix to combine, and make sure there aren’t big clumps on honey.

    Now add the berries in last, and shake the whole container to get them all mixed in with the oatmeal.

    Put the container you are using in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. If you have time the next morning, pour into a bowl and microwave for a minute or two.
