Overnight oats, berries and cream
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oat
- 2 tsp Hemp hearts
- 2 tsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Add all dry ingredients into a sealable jar, and mix to combine. Make sure that the chia seeds don’t all go to the bottom.

- 1 cup cream
- 2 tbsp honey
Now add the wet ingredients, but not the berries. Mix to combine, and make sure there aren’t big clumps on honey.

- 1 cup Blueberries
Now add the berries in last, and shake the whole container to get them all mixed in with the oatmeal.

Put the container you are using in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. If you have time the next morning, pour into a bowl and microwave for a minute or two.
