Place the Oreos in a freezer bag, seal it tightly, and coarsely crush the cookies using a rolling pin or your hands. You want a mix of fine crumbs and small chunks.

Coarsely chop the white chocolate and place it in a bowl. Gently melt it over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) until smooth and glossy.

Place the popcorn in a large bowl and drizzle with the melted chocolate. Toss well until the popcorn is evenly coated. Immediately add the Oreo crumbs and toss again. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and let it set until firm.
