One-pot stovetop mac and cheese

Step 1/ 2
- ½ l milk
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 200 g macaroni
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp ground turmeric (ground)
- salt
- pepper
- pot
- fine grater
- cooking spoon
Add milk and heavy cream to a large pot. Heat over medium-high heat for approx. 2 min. Add macaroni, garlic powder, and turmeric to the pot. Grate approx. one teaspoon of nutmeg into the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, for approx. 10 – 15 min., or until pasta is al dente.

- 37½ g Gouda cheese (grated)
- 37½ g cheddar cheese (grated)
- Fleur de Salty seasoning
Add both grated cheeses to the pot and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
