Ingredients

½ cup rolled oat
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp flax seed meal
¾ cup almond milk
banana
1 tsp coconut oil
1 pinch unsweetened coconut flake
  • Step 1/6

    • ½ cup rolled oat
    • 1 tbsp chia seed
    • 1 tbsp flax seed meal

    Mix dry ingredients in a mason jar.

  • Step 2/6

    • ¾ cup almond milk

    Mix in almond milk.

  • Step 3/6

    • 1 tbsp maple syrup

    Add in maple syrup and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 4/6

    Place in fridge and let it set overnight. Five hours minimum.

  • Step 5/6

    • 1 tsp coconut oil

    Heat coconut oil in medium hot pan, add sliced bananas and cook until caramelized.

  • Step 6/6

    • 1 pinch unsweetened coconut flake

    Top with coconut flakes.
