rolled oat
2 tbsp
chia seed
2 tbsp
maple syrup
2 tbsp
flax seed meal
cup
almond milk
2
banana
2 tsp
coconut oil
2 pinch
unsweetened coconut flake
  • Step 1/6

    • 1 cup rolled oat
    • 2 tbsp chia seed
    • 2 tbsp flax seed meal

    Mix dry ingredients in a mason jar.

  • Step 2/6

    • cup almond milk

    Mix in almond milk.

  • Step 3/6

    • 2 tbsp maple syrup

    Add in maple syrup and mix thoroughly.

  • Step 4/6

    Place in fridge and let it set overnight. Five hours minimum.

  • Step 5/6

    • 2 banana
    • 2 tsp coconut oil

    Heat coconut oil in medium hot pan, add sliced bananas and cook until caramelized.

  • Step 6/6

    • 2 pinch unsweetened coconut flake

    Top with coconut flakes.
