Drinking chocolate

chopped mixed nuts
8⅓ g
caster sugar
100 ml
Black coffee
Utensils
wooden spoon, Metal bowl, Small metal bowl, spatula, Glass dish, Measuring cup, kettle, oven
Step 1/ 5
- 25 g butter (room temperature)
- 25 g caster sugar
- wooden spoon
- Metal bowl
Cream butter and sugar together
Step 2/ 5
- 16⅔ g chocolate (melted)
- 16⅔ g flour
- 8⅓ g Drinking chocolate
- ⅓ egg
- Small metal bowl
- spatula
- Glass dish
Mix all the ingredients together. Add too glass dish

- 16⅔ g brown sugar
- ⅓ tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
- 13⅓ g chopped mixed nuts
Blend brown sugar cocoa powder and nuts and sprinkle on top evenly
Step 4/ 5
- 8⅓ g caster sugar
- 100 ml Black coffee
- Measuring cup
- kettle
Make black coffee and add caster sugar. Pour on top
Step 5/ 5
- oven
Pre-heat oven to 170.Add this to oven for 55 minutes
