Preheat your oven to 170 C / 325 F. Then, in a large bowl cut the bananas into slices and mash them with a fork.
Put the oats in a blender, and blend them well until you have oat flour.
Then, add the oats, shredded coconut, honey, coconut oil and salt into the bowl with the bananas. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes, so that the oats to absorb the moisture.
