Add butter and sugar in a bowl and mix them with a mixer for about 10 seconds on medium power.
Chop the chocolate and them into the mixture. Mix again.
Add the flour and the other solid ingredients.
In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add them to the mixture. Don’t overmix￼ .
Using a scale roll the dough into cookies of 3 ounces. Put them in the freezer for about 3 hours or overnight.
Bake them in 350 °F for 15-20 minutes.
