Cook white rice (see cooking instructions on packaging)
Cut vegetables into small pieces (optional: cut chicken into pieces of 1cm)
Add oil in pan and stir fry vegetables on medium-high heat (optional: add chicken and stir fry with vegetables)
Add white rice to vegetables and stir fry (medium heat)
Add seasoning to rice and vegetables (medium heat)
Stir fry rice, vegetables and seasoning till your happy with the result! (Medium heat)
Fry eggs and add tsp pepper, tsp salt (medium heat)
For Atjar: Cut cucumber, add vinegar, add pinch of salt and add tsp of sugar. (If you want you can add more thinly sliced veggies such as yellow bell pepper, onion)
Serve the dish with emping, krupuk and fried onions.
