20 g yeast dough
500 g flour
10 g salt
10 g sugar
180 ml milk

    • 10 g salt
    • 10 g sugar
    • 180 ml milk
    • 10 ml oil

    Mix the water with the yeast until it dissolves. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl starting with the dry ones and including the previous mixture and mix well. It may be necessary to add more flour so I advise you to add it little by little (be careful not to overdo it). After the dough is no longer sticky, you must cover the bowl and let it rest for about 30 to 45 minutes.

    Then you should take the dough, place it on a board with flour and start to divide it. I usually make small balls of dough and then stretch it well to be about 3 to 4 millimeters thick. To cook we must add oil to a hot frying pan and put your dough already stretched, and we only flip it when it starts to make bubbles at the top, in order to make both sides light brown.

    On top I like to put a mixture of garlic butter and herbs, as a filling you can choose to put cheese - during the process of dividing the dough, add cheese in the center of the ball, fold and stretch it normally.
