my potato gratin
saucepan, peeler, bowl, spatula, baking pan, knife, grater, oven
- 1½ potatoes
Peel and cook the potatos, but don’t overcook them.
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 slices smoked bacon (cubed)
- 40 g cream cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
While the potatoes cook, mix the rest of the ingredients except the mozzarella in a bowl.

When properly cooked, cut the potatoes into slices and place them on a baking sheet. Spread the heavy cream over the potatoes.
- 50 g mozzarella cheese
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes at 200°C for 45 minutes.
