Ingredients
Step 1/ 8
chop the onions
Step 2/ 8
Fry till golden brown and grind to smooth paste
Step 3/ 8
Take minced mutton add green chillies 1 tsp turmeric powder,1tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp salt and half onion paste grind in mixie jar to a coarse paste..
Step 4/ 8
greese your hand and make bullet shape or round and fry on medium flame till golden brown
Step 5/ 8
grind tomotoes smooth paste and take a bowl heat oil and add remaining half Onion paste and add tomoto paste stir continuously
Step 6/ 8
add remaing 1 tsp red chilly powder and 1tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder,1tsp salt stir well.. pour some water n let it be cooked for 2 minutes
Step 7/ 8
Now add kofta balls ome by one and close the lid till cooked completely can stir occasionally..
Step 8/ 8
cook for 30 minutes on simmer flame.. deliciousmutton kheema kofta curry is Ready..
