Mushroom Swiss Burgers

Ingredients
Step 1/4
- 1 package Mushrooms
- ⅓ red onion
Saute the mushrooms in butter, then add the onions and saute till lightly browned
Step 2/4
- ½ lb ground beef
Cook burger, seasoning with salt and pepper and whatever other seasonings you want
Step 3/4
- 1 package Swiss Cheese
When burger is nearly done, take off heat and add cheese, then cover and let melt
Step 4/4
- 2 Torta Rolls
- 1 tomato
Cut torta rolls and slice tomatoes, then assemble burgers
