Step 1/7
- 9 eggs (room temperature)

Break the eggs and separate the yolk and the white

- 12 tbsp sugar
- stand mixer with whisk
Mix the yolks with 8 tablespoons of sugar for about 5 minutes with a mixer. Mix the yolks and the rest of the sugar separately.

- 100 g butter
- 250 g chocolate
- frying pan
Melt the butter and the chocolate together in a pan
Step 4/7
- 1 package gelatin powder
- bowl
- whisk
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/4 of a cup of water. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture and mix well.

Mix the chocolate mixture with the egg yolks and add the whites. Mix for about 10 minutes at maximum speed
Step 6/7
Put the mixture in a bowl and let it sit inside the fridge for about 12 hours.
Step 7/7
Take the mixture out of the fridge and serve on a martini glass with cream (as recommended) or in any other container or plate.
