"This recipe can easily be modified with crunchy peanut butter, to add another texture. The cooling time is just a suggestion. One of the best ways to enjoy this cookie is when it’s still warm, and gooey! Enjoy!"

Cocoa Powder

- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Add sugar, peanut butter, milk, butter, and cocoa powder to pot/saucepan.

Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a full boil. About 3-4 minutes.

Remove mixture from heat, and stir in oatmeal.

Using a spoon — form, and portion mixture into balls, or dollops — placing them on a plate to cool.
