“This recipe can easily be modified with crunchy peanut butter, to add another texture. The cooling time is just a suggestion. One of the best ways to enjoy this cookie is when it’s still warm, and gooey! Enjoy!”

Ingredients

Pieces:-2+
1½ cups Oatmeal
¾ cup sugar
½ cup Peanut Butter
¼ cup milk
¼ cup butter
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder

    • ¾ cup sugar
    • ½ cup Peanut Butter
    • ¼ cup milk
    • ¼ cup butter
    • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    • pot

    Add sugar, peanut butter, milk, butter, and cocoa powder to pot/saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until mixture comes to a full boil. About 3-4 minutes.

    Remove mixture from heat, and stir in oatmeal.

    Using a spoon — form, and portion mixture into balls, or dollops — placing them on a plate to cool.

    Let cookies cool in fridge for 1 hour, or until fully cooled/solidified. Then enjoy!
