Moi moi and Ogi
Ingredients

blender, steamer, plastic wrap, Kitchen scale, kettle
Step 1/ 5
- 60 g Brown beans flour
- ⅜ Long red peppers
- ⅓ tsp salt
- 25 g avocados
- ¼ onion
- 40 ml water
- 20 g spinach
- blender
Blend the peppers avocado and onions first. Add the water to blend easily. Add the beans flour and blend till a smooth paste is achieved. Add your preferred seasoning for flavor. You can also add chopped spinach.

- plastic wrap
Pour the mixtute/paste into small or medium sized ramekins. Using cling film /plastic wrap the ramekins to prevent water from entering when cooking. Place in a streamer and steam for 60 minutes.

Wrap ramekins with plastic wrap before streaming
Step 4/ 5
- 50 g Powdered maize or millet (Ogi)
- Kitchen scale
Measure 250g of the powdered maize.
Step 5/ 5
- kettle
Add a little tap water to powder and stir still you have smooth liquid paste . Boil water and add to mixture under a hot stove and stir still you get a cream thick paste.
