    Blend the peppers avocado and onions first. Add the water to blend easily. Add the beans flour and blend till a smooth paste is achieved. Add your preferred seasoning for flavor. You can also add chopped spinach.

    Pour the mixtute/paste into small or medium sized ramekins. Using cling film /plastic wrap the ramekins to prevent water from entering when cooking. Place in a streamer and steam for 60 minutes.
