Milk pancakes
Step 1/7
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 pinch salt
Mix ingredients
Step 2/7
- 1000 ml milk
- 500 g flour
Gradually add flour and milk
Step 3/7
Add oil to avoid burning and sticking
Step 4/7
Heat the pan and oil it
Step 5/7
Pour a bit of dough and rotate pan in a circle
Step 6/7
Cook the pancakes on middle heat until it gets browning. Turn them carefully with spatula, as they are really thin. (Getting experienced you can try to turn them by tossing:) )

Optionally you can oil cooked pancakes with a bit of butter to soften them
