Step 1/5
- 2 quarts milk
- 2 tbsp butter
Warm butter and milk over a medium heat, till it reaches 200F.

- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
Cut heat. Add salt and vinegar.
Step 3/5
Stir to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 4/5
Strain to separate curds from whey. Let train for 10 minutes (or desired consistency).
Step 5/5
BOOM — enjoy.
