Preheat oven to 180C. Beat butter amd sugar in a bowl and add eggs until combined.
Add all the other ingredients except white chocolate to the bowl and combine.
Fold in the white chocolate.
Line baking tray with baking sheet. Create 50g balls from the dough and place them onto the baking tray.
Bake for 14 minutes
Take the cookies out and press them lightly with a paper towel. Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack and leave to cool down.
