Firstly, we want to melt the marshmallows using a microwave. Keep it on medium heat and take 30 second intervals in between mixing until the mixture is smooth.
Now we are going to take our chocolate chips and mix them in the marshmallow goo until they are smooth and well mixed together.
After you get a smooth texture, you want to slowly add in your confectioners sugar. 120 ml(one cup) then you can add in the other 120 ml.now gently fold them in together. Until you hit a doughy texture.
Now you want to kneed the dough with your hands until the dough is not sticky anymore. That’s fondant!
