Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5 inch pan and set aside.
In a bowl cream butter and sugar together till smooth. Add 1 egg at a time until eggs are fully mixed into butter and sugar. Mix in maple syrup.
In a separate bowl mix all the dry ingredients together, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Whisk together till fully mixed.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients a little bit at a time till fully incorporated together.
In a smaller bowl mash the bananas together and mix in with the mixture.
Bake bread for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Wait for it to cool then serve as a snack and/or with butter!
