- 20 g butter (soft)
- 20 g sugar

Cream butter and sugar with electric mixer
- ⅜ egg whites
Whisk the egg white till stiff peaks and add to butter and sugar.
- ⅜ egg yolks
- ⅛ tsp vanilla bean paste
Add the egg yolk and vanilla bean paste.
- 5 g lemon zest
- 5 ml lemon juice
Add the zest and the juice
- 35 g flour
Finally add the sifted flour
Knead all the ingredients together and put on tabletop
Roll dough out and have fun creating shapes!
Bake in oven for 20min on a medium heat
