wheat flour refined
12½ ml
water carbonated
apple, peeled and halved

  • Step 1/4

    • ½ eggs
    • 31¼ g sugar
    • 31¼ g butter

    Break the eggs and add to a bowl with butter and sugar. Whisk for about 3min until it has a creamy texture.

  • Step 2/4

    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • 50 g wheat flour refined
    • 12½ ml water carbonated
    • tsp lemon zest
    • ¼ pinch salt

    Add flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and lemon zest to the dough. Beat the dough for another 2-3 min. Add carbonated water as needed that the dough has a creamy texture but not too liquid.

  • Step 3/4

    • ¼ tsp oil
    • apple, peeled and halved
    • baking pan

    Wipe the baking tray with some oil and spread the dough. Distribute the apple pieces equally.

  • Step 4/4

    Bake at 200 degrees in the bottom third of the range for 50min. After baking, you can sprinkle some cinnamon or icing sugar on top.
