Liver pâté
Ingredients
Utensils
2 knives, 2 cutting boards, Skillet, Stove top, Something to stir the ingredients I used a flipper, 2 blenders
Step 1/6
- ⅛ lb smoked bacon
- ⅛ onions
- knife
- cutting board
Chop the bacon and onions
Step 2/6
- ⅛ cup olive oil
- ⅛ tbsp salt
- ⅛ dash Cinnamon
- ⅛ dash Allspice
- ⅛ dash smoked paprika powder
- Skillet
- Stove top
- Something to stir the ingredients I used a flipper
Put olive oil, chopped bacon and chopped onions in skillet. Brown and add spices as cooking. Use a medium to high heat. Be sure to brown and caramelize not burn.

Once bacon and onions are browned and caramelized, put into a blender or food processor. Try to keep the grease in the pan.

- ⅛ lb Liver
- 1 fl oz Amber or dark beer
- knife
- cutting board
- Skillet
Chop the liver. Than add to grease pan. Star to brown the liver use a medium heat. After a minute or two add the beer to the pan bring to a simmer. Once to a simmer add the blended bacon and onions to the mixture. Stir and simmer until the beer is completely evaporated.

Putting the liver and onion/bacon mixture bacon into blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

Cool in refrigerator.
