½ onion
potatoes
½ carrot
2 tbsp tomato sauce
250 g lentils
salt
black pepper spice
sweet red pepper (spice)
chili red pepper (spice)
cilantro
dried rosemary

    • ½ onion
    • potatoes
    • ½ carrot
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 250 g lentils
    • salt
    • black pepper spice
    • sweet red pepper (spice)
    • chili red pepper (spice)
    • cilantro
    • dried rosemary
    • Dill

    Stir in the onion, add the potatoes sliced in cubes, add the grated carrot. Stir a little bit more. Add the tomato sauce. Mix all the ingredients. Mix in the lentil. Pour in water that covers all the added ingredients. Let the ingredients steam. After a while add the dried rosemary . Add more water, depending on the density of the soup. Add salt and the spice peppers to you liking. At the end add the chopped cilantro and dill. Let the soup boil a little and it’s ready to be served. Bon appétit
