1 lb rib eye steak
onion medium
¼ cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp gochujang
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp ginger
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
½ tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

    Thinly slice the rib eye about 1 cm thick. Chop the onions. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. And marinate for 2 hours at least. In a pan, add oil and cook on medium-high heat.
