    Peel all the small onions.

    Add the pork, the onions, the bay leaves, the all spice berries in the cooking pot. Also add salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and the olive oil for and let it cook in high temperature for about 5 minutes.

    Add the red wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates.

    Add the cinnamon stick, the garlic and the tomato puree and let it cook in low temperature until the meat is tender and cooked. If it is too sour you can add some sugar as preferred.
