Jazzed Up Ramen
In a small sauté pan over medium heat, sauté shaved beef in a little olive oil for 3-4 min. Remove to a plate.
In a small sauce pot, combine broth, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and ginger. Bring to a boil. Add half the ramen seasoning packet and the ramen noodles. Boil for 3-4 min or until bodiless are cooked through. Add beef and spinach, and cook an additional 3-4 min. Pour into two bowls.
Top with cilantro, carrots, snap peas, and green onions. Garnish with the juice of half a lime.
