"Hi! This breakfast provides you with lots of energy, especially iron and protein, it’s good before doing some sports or just having a nice start in the morning ! The smoothie can also be made hot which makes the breakfast very casually but I prefer it cold. For the bread I would recommend sour dough bread, which keeps you full longer but you should choose what you prefer! Enjoy it!"

almond milk

flaxseed

chocolate powder

    • 6 pitted dates
    • 400 ml almond milk
    • 2 tbsp flaxseed
    • 4 tsp chocolate powder
    • 2 banana

    Blend half a banana and the almond milk into a smoothie. Meanwhile add chocolate powder, flaxseeds and a date. When you're done, place it in the refrigerator.

    • 2 tbsp peanut butter
    • 2 tbsp Marmelade
    • 2 tomato
    • 1 lemon
    • salt&pepper

    Toast the bread and prepare the avocado by slicing it roughly. When the toasts are ready, topp them with peanut butter, marmalade, dates, avocado, tomato, lemon and salt&pepper. Then remove the smoothie out of the refrigerator and have a nice breakfast !
