Blend half a banana and the almond milk into a smoothie. Meanwhile add chocolate powder, flaxseeds and a date. When you're done, place it in the refrigerator.
Toast the bread and prepare the avocado by slicing it roughly. When the toasts are ready, topp them with peanut butter, marmalade, dates, avocado, tomato, lemon and salt&pepper. Then remove the smoothie out of the refrigerator and have a nice breakfast !
