Add instant black coffee powder (or espresso) to a bowl with sugar and hot water. You can adjust the amount, as long as the ratio is 1:1:1.
Use a whisk to beat until whipped. The coffee cream should be thick and creamy. It took me approx. 8 min. You can use a hand mixer too but that’s less fun.
Serve it on cold or hot milk. Enjoy. Rest your arms if needed.
