Add instant black coffee powder (or espresso) to a bowl with sugar and hot water. You can adjust the amount, as long as the ratio is 1:1:1.

Use a whisk to beat until whipped. The coffee cream should be thick and creamy. It took me approx. 8 min. You can use a hand mixer too but that’s less fun.

Serve it on cold or hot milk. Enjoy. Rest your arms if needed.

It looks really wonderful, and if you then stir it with the milk and drink it, it also tastes incredibly delicious! I tried another version with a coffee concentrate instead of instant coffee, in this case from MOIN. Simply stir one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of hot water and one of the concentrate together. It worked great too and tasted even better. dearest greetings

Sorry, but unfortunately I can't understand the hype either. The Asians must have a knowledge of tea and tea preparation. But other nations are more familiar with delicious coffee drinks. The coffee was brought to us Europeans by the Turks (Vienna). This is why there is a long tradition of coffee preparation in Austria. The Italians have also contributed a lot to cultivated coffee varieties and roast a good coffee that is sold all over the world. Therefore, cobbler stick to your last. Everything else is cold coffee. And the Italians have also created it in the form of an ice cream parlor or a delicious affogato. So I don't need such a "drink" with instant coffee.

Hmmm ... is mega bitter and only tastes good when you have mixed it with the milk! It just looks great when you serve it, but that's about it. Can't understand why this is supposed to be addicting.
