Incredible Chocolate Cake
3 whisks, bowl, liquid measuring cup, microwave-safe bowl, sieve, baking pan
- cooking oil (for greasing)
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and grease the pan with cooking oil
- 25 g butter
- 25 g sugar
- liquid measuring cup
- microwave-safe bowl
Add the sugar into a bowl, melt the butter at the microwave, add it to the sugar and stir.
- ½ eggs
Add the eggs to the batter and stir well.
- 25 g white spelt flour
- 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
Sieve the flour and the cocoa powder and add it to the batter and stir until it seems ok (like a cake batter).
- baking pan
Put the batter in the pan and add it 40 minutes to the oven at 180ºC.
Later, unmold it, put into a plate and eat!
