Add dried beans to a bowl and cover with water. Transfer to the fridge and let soak over night.

For a quicker result, add dried beans to a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cover and let sit for approx. 1 hr.

Drain soaked beans, add to a pot, and cover with water. Adjust cooking time to the type of beans used, according to package instructions. The beans are done once you can crush them slightly. Drain and use according to chosen recipe. Enjoy!
