    • Infinity⅞ g confectioner’s sugar
    • Infinity⅞ tsp vanilla extract
    • assorted food coloring

    Add egg whites, confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle whisk. Beat for approx. 7 - 10 min. Mix with desired food coloring.
