1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic sauce
2 tsp scallions
1 tsp white sesame seed
1 tbsp cold pressed rapeseed oil
1 tsp sea salt
4 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
3 tsp rice vinegar
