600 g flour
7 g active dry yeast
4 g salt
10 g sugar
250 ml water
70 ml vegetable oil
½ tsp baking powder
300 g cheese

    • 600 g flour
    • 7 g active dry yeast
    • 4 g active dry yeast
    • 10 g sugar
    • ½ tsp baking powder

    mix dry ingredients

  • Step 2/6

    • 250 ml water
    • 70 ml vegetable oil

    add oil then water gradually

  • Step 3/6

    let it rest for 30 minutes

  • Step 4/6

    • 300 g cheese

    start making small balls of the dough and stuff it with cheese

  • Step 5/6

    let it rest again 30 minutes

  • Step 6/6

    bake it for 30 minutes 180 degree Celsius
